The man the myth the legend Tom Thompson is selling one heck of a nice Bright Future heifer calf in the Ladies of the Royal Sale this weekend in Kansas City. Someday I hope to consign to this sale but until then I will just tell you about Tom’s heifer. The Bright Future cows that I have are far and away my favorites. He is also the sire of many National Champions including 3 of the last 4 Supreme Champion Herefords in Denver at the National Western Stock Show. Study this heifer closely along with her pedigree and EPDs. She
is out of our top producing female here at the farm. We sold this
heifer’s full sib in the 2009 Ladies of the Royal Sale. Her sire
continues to write his own pages in the Hereford industry and
this female can as well in the showring and the pasture.
